We are thrilled to have delivered leadership and mentorship training for the senior officers and executives at the Sheriffs Branch, which included Inspectors, Superintendents and Deputy Chiefs.
What We Did: A Blended Learning Approach for Lasting Impact
Our leadership program was designed with a multi-modal learning approach to equip Alberta Sheriffs with the skills needed to lead effectively in high-pressure environments, which included an online course, self-assessments, virtual and in-person workshops.
On the morning of Day 2, we recognized an opportunity to enhance leadership decision-making within the organization. Instead of sticking rigidly to the agenda, we pivoted—incorporating a strategic planning session to help leaders shape their leadership approach and decision-making within their work areas.
The impact it had on the participants was immediate:
