We've been busy over the past few months! Here are some highlights:

Alberta Health Services

We are thrilled to have delivered leadership training for the amazing Alberta Health Services Protective Services Team Leads. These front-line supervisors play a crucial role in supporting our peace officers in healthcare facilities across Alberta.
​
From day one, this incredible cohort was engaged, committed to learning, and eager to embrace new communication techniques. They challenged the curriculum with their unique workplace contexts in mind, making the sessions incredibly dynamic and insightful.
​
One of the highlights of instructing this group was getting to know them better and understanding their motivations and dedication. It's inspiring to see their passion and willingness to give their best every day.
​
We were excited to connect with them virtually for the wrap-up session where we could hear how they've applied their leadership goal over the last few weeks. It was great to reconnect to hear about their experiences, successes, challenges, and how they've supported each other.

​Woman Up! Leadership Program​

Cohort 5 (our largest cohort to date, with 30 women!) wrapped up in April and we've just concluded our post-program evaluation. Check out the impact map we compiled to capture the experience of our participants. ​​
